Big Screen Films at BCHS – the Scottish Screen mobile cinema comes to Buckie – once a month on a Sunday.

6th March 2016

Goosebumps (PG) 3PM - 5PM approx.

The Revenant (15) 6PM - 9PM approx.

Tickets are available at Blue Moo, Cullen Ice Cream Shop, Buckie High School and on the night (£6, with £5 concessions)


If these showings are well attended – this will become a regular feature, so please support this local community project to ensure future films.

Waterstones Book Signings

Saturday 19th December - Waterstones, Elgin.

Charlie Phillips will be in store on Saturday 19th December between 11am and 12pm to sign copies of 'On A Rising Tide'. No tickets required.


Saturday 16th January - Waterstones, Elgin.

Stuart MacBride will be in store on Saturday 16th January from 12pm signing copies of his new Logan McRae novel 'In The Cold Dark Ground'. No tickets required.

Moray Cats Protection Christmas Craft Fair

Moray Cats Protection are putting on a Christmas craft fair on Sat 28th Nov 2015 between 11.00 - 16.00 there will be various craft stalls teas & coffees, Cats Protection stall with Christmas cards, calendars, gifts for cat lovers tombola and games. All fundraising money will go to Moray Cats Protection.
