Fèis Mhoireibh are running their annual festival of Highland Music, Song and Culture for children aged 8-18 on Saturday 28th and Sunday 29th October 2017. This year will be held at Gordonstoun School from 9.30am-4pm Saturday and from 9.30 until concert end approx 5.30pm Sunday.

Participants can take classes in Fiddle, Accordion, Clarsach (harp), Pipes/Chanter, Keyboard, Art and Storytelling, Guitar, Gaelic Song, Whistle and Percussion. We have some fantastic tutors coming to teach with us including Andy Thorburn, Addie Harper Jnr and Jim Hunter. We are also excited to have Carrie Afrin with us for the first time this year to take our Gaelic singing classes. As well as these classes, participants will get the chance to do some ceilidh dancing, learn some Gaelic and give a small performance for their Parents/Guardians on the Sunday afternoon.

This is a great opportunity to try new instruments/skills or develop existing ones.
