Studio Lighting Course

Elgin Studio Hire will be running a studio lighting course on Sunday 26th April 2015 and it gives photographers that are new to using studio lighting the chance to learn and gain confidence when working in a studio enviroment.

The four hour course will be run on Sunday 26th April from 1pm - 5pm by Mr David Porter and will cover the basics of high key and low key studio lighting set ups, camera set up and a basic introduction to image editing.

No previous studio experience is necessary but you will need to bring their own DSLR camera and memory card and charged up batteries.

We have a hot shoe adapter for Sony users which will allow it to take a standard hot shoe flash trigger.

Model for the day will be Jenny Clewlow.

The cost of the course will be £50 per person.

In order for everyone to get the most out of the session numbers are limited to a maximum of eight and will be allocated on a first come first served basis.

For bookings please email the studio on This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. A contact mobile number will be required to confirm the booking and we will confirm it by email.

Payment for the course is by cash or cheque on the day.
