Mussels with Caramelised Onions |
Method
- Clean the mussels by de bearding and knocking any barnacles off.
- Place mussels in a pan with a lid on over a medium heat with the beer and steam cook until the mussels open.
- Gently lift out the mussels and cover to keep warm. Turn heat up, reduce the beer by half and add finely chopped chilli & turn heat down.
- Add mussels back in, stir to make sure mussels are covered with sauce and add in finely chopped coriander.

- 500g Fresh Mussels
- 1 Bottle Windswept Wolf Beer
- 1 Red Chilli
- 1 Jar Caramelised Onions
- 1 Bunch Coriander
